They did not have the vehicle I wanted. They offered to locate it, found it at another dealership. Still offered the discounts, no pressure sales team. I met the owner, general manager, sales manager and finance. All very friendly and helpful. I did finance with them and I received a rate I would have expected. I I buy a lot of cars and trucks and would definitely buy here again.

I bought a pre certified Chevy Silverado 2500 HD it had 13000 miles on it had it less than a month and only drove it around town, this past Labor Day weekend I was driving to up state New York was into a 7 hour dive when at 2 1/2 hours in my back driverside tire sidewall blew out and shredded the tire. Brought vehicle in because of a strange noise. Tech found a loose cover, tightened up and sent us on our way. He provided a rental vehicle in the car had to stay overnight.
Other than the missed diagnoses on my first visit by the tech, my second visit was outstanding. Was glad to have a loaner which made my time without my vehicle much better.

Your pricing is very expensive on labor, your people are nice and knowledgeable. When I bring in a vehicle in and make an appointment it should worked on some time that day not a day or two later, and have to keep calling to see what's going on.
She was very accommodating and took the time to show me different vehicles. Her personality made it very enjoyable during the process.
