Opened on time. Greeted by courteous service rep. Who showed me where the customer lounge was and showed me how to use coffee machine. When my car had been serviced, I received a text and the service rep returned to take me to my vehicle. Excellent service experience.

I was just stopping in to see if they had what I was looking for. I met Matt and we discussed what type of truck I wanted. He had two on the lot. We took the first one for a ride a I bought it. It was late in the afternoon, we did the paperwork. The next morning I went to the bank and got a check and went to the dealership and picked up my new truck. Great experience.

When I bought the car last year, the one they gave me was not the one I had looked at with the salesman. The sales manager also told me i could not buy a new 2025 and had to settle for a 2024 leftover. The very next day he had a 2025 like mine on the lot next tonthe show room. The service department is erratic and outrageously expensive for non warranty service. I also believe they are dishonest ant trying to get me to have unnecessary work done for a ridiculous price; $734 for a 30 minute job to replace a $16 part

I scheduled a drop off the night before for brake inspection and oil change knowing I needed brake work. I called at 0830 and was told my truck would be worked on at some point during the day. I had to call at 1200 to be told that my brakes had not even been looked at. Troubleshoot the issue during the day could not find the same issue I had left with the vehicle. Jordan went out of his way to help direct me on extended warranty. I will follow up when the temperature is dropped the cold again, which is when the issue was with the car.
