Pulled in to Scranton just to look around and was happily greeted by Khaliyah! I looked at a couple SUVs but really had my heart set on a Traverse. Had a great experience getting a new truck from Scranton Chevy. Sam, Joe and Kamila made the process simple, and took the time to explain all elements of the deal with me. It was my first time doing a lease agreement and they were patient in answering all my questions. The other staff who were not directly involved in the deal were all also extremely friendly and engaging whenever I came into the dealership. Friendly service explained everything that I needed to know had the vehicle ready when I got there vehicle got cleaned and washed and put gas in the vehicle
Your pricing is very expensive on labor, your people are nice and knowledgeable. When I bring in a vehicle in and make an appointment it should worked on some time that day not a day or two later, and have to keep calling to see what's going on.
She was very accommodating and took the time to show me different vehicles. Her personality made it very enjoyable during the process.

I was just stopping in to see if they had what I was looking for. I met Matt and we discussed what type of truck I wanted. He had two on the lot. We took the first one for a ride a I bought it. It was late in the afternoon, we did the paperwork. The next morning I went to the bank and got a check and went to the dealership and picked up my new truck. Great experience.

So far my 2 service requests have gone through quickly, professionally, and also as friendly and with the kind of respect and friendliness I raised my son to observe. I live 2 hours away but figured whereas wife wants to go to Mohegan regularly, why not bring my Chevy to Scranton...and I have been glad I did.
When I bought the car last year, the one they gave me was not the one I had looked at with the salesman. The sales manager also told me i could not buy a new 2025 and had to settle for a 2024 leftover. The very next day he had a 2025 like mine on the lot next tonthe show room. The service department is erratic and outrageously expensive for non warranty service. I also believe they are dishonest ant trying to get me to have unnecessary work done for a ridiculous price; $734 for a 30 minute job to replace a $16 part
