Dropped my truck off the night before. Received no call to tell me that the service department is understaffed and people had called out sick. My truck did not get an oil change until 1530 and I was also suppose to have my rear window 🚨 imed at. My truck had to remain at the dealer an additional night and when my window was looked at I was told I needed a new slider when that was not where the leak was on my back window. I never received a call to verify where the leak was on the window.

I got quoted $1500 for a part that when I checked online on the GM’s official website was 547 seems like a scam to me and on top of that they try to Offer to buy my truck for way less than it is actually worth. It was a long road of issues, but Kevin went over and above to resolve what he could. There are some things I feel should/could have been addressed prior to the purchase of the vehicle, but that is water under the bridge now. The staff was always professional, courteous and helpful.
Salesman Ethan was wonderful patient knowledgeable and truly showed he cared. The Simonez Glass was horrible ,poor workmanship and my trade in quote was disgusting and not at all fair.I do love the vehicle I purchased and Ethan showed me all the features, helped me with any questions.

The sales team that sold me my vehicles were great but the service advisors lied to me multiple times and wouldn't provide services include in my contract and warranty. Mary Jo's service and professionalism is something to be desired, she has no customer service skills and is very rude. Would not recommend dealing with this woman.

I traded my 2013 Silverado 1500 for a 2025 Silverado 1500. I was treated fairly and they worked to get me rebates along with my trade. My truck was ready to pick up when I scheduled it. I have an add on option which is on order.
Matt is super helping. When I was worried about whether my garage would fit the car, he actively proposed to offer extend test drive. He also help me to solve the problem that the amount of my cashier's check is a little bit below the car price. The car is good. Really appreciated him.

My truck had broke down and I had it towed there right before closing. The next I call and the service department said they may get to it later in the day, that they were busy. The young lady in the service department called back shortly after and said they can get the truck in.
